Return to Office or Back into the Office is going on and on about the next steps. We are looking for the benefits of those companies who have improved their hybrid work model to at least be in 3 or 4 days in the office.

Return to Office matters to a lot of companies that are trying to shift employees' mindset about how helpful and beneficial it can be at the office rather than at home. After the pandemic, we have been at their home office now and they still need time to grow.
