Help Contacting Customer Support?

In addition to the comprehensive product documentation and troubleshooting articles available in the Litespace Help Center, our Customer Care team is ready to assist with any questions about using Litespace products, pricing plans, and any further inquiries, and to help resolve any issues that may arise.

Support Hours

The Litespace support team is available (E.g. Monday through Friday from 9:00M to 5:00 PM EST). If you contact us outside of these hours, we will respond on the next business day.

Help Center

Our Help Center is an informative and thorough resource featuring all our Litespace guides and tutorials. It's designed for quick searches, allowing you to easily find key information. Access the Help Center via your web browser or by clicking Help Center.

Accessing Live Chat

If you would like to access live chat:

  1. Click on the Litespace website
  2. Under “Resources” and under “Support & More” click (Help Center)
  3. On the bottom of the page, click “contact us/live support”

If the Help Center or Live Chat doesn't have the answers you need, you can reach out to our support team at E.g. support@litespace.com.

When sending an email, please include a detailed description of your issue along with any relevant screenshots. Also, make sure to use the email address associated with your Litespace account.
