Position Overview

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will gain exposure to a variety of business functions and help drive our strategic initiatives.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to work across departments—including sales, marketing, operations, and strategy—to support decision-making and enhance overall business performance.

You will collaborate with diverse teams, contribute to process improvements, and help translate business challenges into actionable insights that propel our growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner with teams in sales, marketing, operations, and product management to understand their goals and challenges. Assist in gathering requirements and documenting processes to drive improvements and innovation.
• Market & Sales Research: Support the sales team by conducting market research and competitive analysis. Help identify emerging trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities.
• Process & Workflow Optimization: Analyze existing business processes and work with teams to propose improvements that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Strategic Support: Assist in developing business strategies and initiatives. Contribute to the creation of presentations, reports, and proposals that summarize key insights and recommendations.
• Project Assistance: Provide support for various projects and operational tasks, including tracking progress, preparing meeting materials, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
• Communication of Insights: Translate complex business challenges into clear, actionable insights. Present findings and recommendations to internal teams to support effective decision-making.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Marketing, or a related field. Juniors, seniors, or recent graduates with an eagerness to learn and grow are encouraged to apply.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and think strategically about solutions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable presenting ideas and insights to diverse audiences.
• Team Player: A collaborative mindset with a willingness to work across multiple teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt in a dynamic startup environment.
• Curiosity & Initiative: A proactive attitude with a genuine interest in understanding how different business functions contribute to overall success.

Nice to Have (Preferred Skills & Tools)

• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) or marketing analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics) as a plus.
• Basic understanding of project management tools (e.g. Trello, Asana) to support effective collaboration.
• Experience with or coursework in business strategy, market research, or process improvement.
• Exposure to data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is a bonus but not required.
