Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals beginning their careers who are eager to develop skills in customer relations, problem-solving, and communication within a supportive and collaborative environment.​

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary. 
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and assist customers effectively.
  • Order Processing: Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and tracking shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Documentation: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints to contribute to ongoing improvements in customer service. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to address customer needs and enhance the overall customer experience.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on active listening and clear articulation. ​
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to think quickly and provide effective solutions to customer issues. 
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers and learning new software systems; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. 
  • Time Management: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. ​
  • Empathy: A customer-focused mindset with the ability to empathize with customers and understand their needs. ​

Preferred Skills & Tools

  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role is advantageous but not required.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus, enhancing the ability to assist a diverse customer base.
