Position Overview
As an Entry-Level Data Analyst/Scientist, you'll help transform raw data into actionable insights, identify trends, and support business decisions through foundational analysis and modeling.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Preparation: Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Data Analysis & Visualization: Perform exploratory data analysis on datasets; develop clear visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights to technical and non-technical team members.
- Model Development & Evaluation: Assist in creating, testing, and validating basic predictive models and introductory machine learning algorithms to address business needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with diverse teams to understand their data requirements and provide insights to support improved decision-making.
- Documentation & Reporting: Clearly document methodologies, analyses, and findings; present results effectively to stakeholders.
Recommended Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related quantitative fields (Master’s degree welcomed).
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret datasets to uncover trends and insights.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python or R) and data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
- Communication: Strong communication skills, able to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Problem-Solving: Curious and proactive mindset, driven to apply data solutions to real-world challenges
Preferred Skills & Tools
