Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Human Resources (HR) Associate to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to develop their skills in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.​
  • Onboarding Coordination: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientations, preparing onboarding materials, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.​
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.​
  • Benefits Administration: Provide information to employees regarding benefits programs, assist in enrollment processes, and address routine benefits-related inquiries.​
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns and escalating issues as appropriate to maintain a positive work environment.​
  • Training Coordination: Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops, tracking employee participation, and maintaining training records.​
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing HR-related documentation.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.​
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to interact effectively with employees at all levels.​
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.​
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).​
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.​
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
