Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator/Specialist to join our team. This entry-level role provides recent graduates or early-career professionals the opportunity to contribute to a variety of marketing initiatives designed to enhance brand visibility, support lead generation, and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Campaigns: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising.
  • Content Creation: Support the development of engaging content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials to effectively communicate our brand message.
  • Social Media Management: Help manage and grow social media presence by regularly posting, responding to community engagement, and tracking performance metrics.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities that inform marketing strategies.
  • Event Coordination: Provide logistical support for webinars, trade shows, and other marketing events, ensuring smooth execution and follow-up.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Assist in preparing regular reports on marketing activities, analyzing key performance indicators, and making data-driven recommendations.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting clear and engaging marketing content.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and basic knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
