Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic UX/UI Designer to join our dynamic team. This entry-level role provides an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career designers to develop and enhance their skills in user experience and user interface design across diverse digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- User Experience Design: Assist in conducting user research, creating user personas, and mapping user journeys to inform design decisions.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts clearly and effectively.
- Visual Design: Develop aesthetically pleasing UI elements, including icons, graphics, buttons, and other interactive components, ensuring brand consistency and a high-quality user experience.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs align with project objectives and technical requirements.
- Usability Testing: Support usability testing efforts by helping to design test scenarios, gather feedback, and analyze results to refine the user experience.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to continuous design improvements based on user feedback, data insights, and emerging design trends.
Recommended Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- Design Skills: Fundamental skills in UX/UI design demonstrated through portfolio projects or internships.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.
- Communication: Strong verbal and visual communication skills, capable of clearly articulating design concepts and rationale.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for aesthetics, typography, color theory, and layout to ensure polished and user-friendly designs.
- Collaboration: Team-oriented mindset with the ability to receive constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
Preferred Skills & Tools
- Design Software: Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Prototyping: Proficiency in creating interactive prototypes.
- User Research: Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing.
- Front-End Knowledge: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
