Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Warehouse Specialist to join our dynamic team. This full-time position is ideal for individuals beginning their careers who are eager to develop skills in inventory management, logistics, and warehouse operations within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming merchandise, ensuring accurate documentation and organization.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, maintaining accuracy and efficiency to meet customer expectations.
- Stock Control: Conduct regular inventory counts and audits to maintain precise stock levels and identify discrepancies.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, adhering to safety and compliance standards.
- Equipment Operation: Learn to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, following safety guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and improve warehouse processes.
