Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Associate Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative support, providing a comprehensive understanding of HR operations within our organization.​

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in posting job openings on various platforms, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate communication with candidates.
  • Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials, coordinating training sessions, and ensuring completion of necessary documentation.​
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records in the HR database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.​
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties such as filing documents, managing HR correspondence, and organizing company events and career days.​
  • Policy Communication: Help draft and distribute HR policies and procedures, ensuring employees are informed of any updates or changes.​
  • Employee Relations: Address basic employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, escalating complex issues as needed.​

Recommended Qualifications

  • Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.​
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.​
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain attention to detail.​
  • Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.​
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to team objectives.

Preferred Skills & Tools

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).​
  • Knowledge of Labor Laws: Basic understanding of labor legislation and HR best practices.​
  • Event Coordination: Experience in organizing events or training sessions is a plus.
