In this full-time role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements that drive meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Collect, cleanse, and analyze data to generate actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements.
- Translate user needs into clear, detailed functional specifications.
Process Improvement:
- Identify inefficiencies within business processes and propose data-driven solutions.
- Assist in mapping current processes and designing improved workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with teams across IT, operations, and product management to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Documentation & Communication:
- Maintain accurate records of business processes, requirements, and project progress.
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ad-Hoc Analysis:
- Support special projects by providing timely analytical insights and recommendations as business needs evolve.
Required Qualifications
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
Analytical Skills:
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable insights.
Technical Proficiency:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
- Basic understanding of SQL or other data querying languages is advantageous.
Communication & Collaboration:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Adaptability:
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies in a fast-paced setting.
Nice to Have
Experience with Business Systems:
- Exposure to ERP or CRM systems and an understanding of business process management.
Agile Methodologies:
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and experience working in an Agile development environment.
Additional Tools:
- Knowledge of additional data analysis tools or programming languages (e.g., Python) is a bonus.
Project Experience:
- Participation in internships, co-ops, or relevant projects that demonstrate practical business analysis skills.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Salary:
- Salary range: $60,000 – $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
